Premium coffee sachets infused with best-in-class adaptogens: Hifas da Terra mushroom extracts KSM-66 ashwagandha®, Rhodiolife®, Rhodiola Rosea, and more, each blend tailored for clarity, calm or vitality

Origins & Philosophy

Founded in 2020 by Zain Peer and Shez Shaikh, London Nootropics emerged from a desire to replace chemical-laden pre-workouts with nature-based nourishment. After refining their recipes with nutrition experts, they launched three flagship blends: Flow (lion’s mane + Rhodiola), Mojo (cordyceps + Siberian ginseng), and Zen (Ashwagandha + L-theanine). They embraced sustainability and quality, packing each sachet with effective, branded extracts rich in bioavailable compounds.

“Our purpose is to make best-in-class adaptogen extracts accessible and easy to incorporate into our day. We hope to help more people discover the benefits of adaptogens, stay balanced and find their flow.”

Following an appearance on Dragon’s Den – securing offers from Deborah Meaden and Sara Davies – London Nootropics scaled rapidly, now serving around 20,000 customers monthly with strong subscription growth.

Introducing Mush Love

This year London Nootropics launched a new blend, Mush Love, in collaboration with Fantastic Fungi – the viral Netflix documentary. It combines three Hifas da Terra mushrooms – lion’s mane, cordyceps, and chaga, designed to elevate your day.

Loved at Monte Faete Retreat

At our neurowellness retreat in Monte Faete, Tuscany (July 2025), the London Nootropics blends quickly became a highlight. Guests appreciated the sachets’ convenience between yoga, guided breathwork and mindfulness sessions. Many remarked on the smooth, subtly chocolatey taste, even those new to adaptogenic coffee. Some shared:

It tastes so clean, and the nootropic ingredients really make a difference… calm focus and clarity of mind.

Excellent aroma, imagine chocolate and coffee combined. We love Flow and Mojo.

Guests reported elevated mental presence during creative workshops and better-balanced energy throughout the day, particularly with Flow in the morning and Zen in the later afternoon.

Health Benefits & Neurowellness Alignment

Cognitive Clarity & Focus

Flow, with lion’s mane and Rhodiola, is formulated to support mental clarity, focus, memory and motivation. Lion’s mane promotes nerve growth factors and blood flow to the brain; Rhodiola helps manage stress and improve cognitive stamina. One self-tracked experiment noted 10 % improvement in working memory, 18 % more time in flow states, and 13 % higher HRV – signs of enhanced cognitive resilience and stress regulation

I’ve used the London Nootropics adaptogenic mushroom coffees… and they really are effective for a few hours.

Balanced Energy & Stress Resilience

Zen combines Ashwagandha (KSM-66) with L-theanine to moderate cortisol, promote calm wakefulness and reduce midday anxiety or crashes. Clinical studies show Ashwagandha supports sleep, lowers serum cortisol, and enhances emotional balance. Reviewers frequently mention smooth energy, reduced jitters and better mood resilience

Physical Vitality & Endurance

The Mojo blend unites cordyceps and Siberian ginseng for stamina and oxygenation – supporting recovery and natural vitality. Cordyceps has been studied for its benefits in endurance, fatigue reduction and immune support; ginseng enhances blood flow and energy metabolism.

Sleep & Recovery

By reducing overall caffeine, many users switch from multiple cups of regular coffee to one or two adaptogenic blends daily – London Nootropics helps protect sleep quality and cognitive function. The adaptogens themselves further support sleep onset and reduce stress-induced insomnia.

Our guests noted that London Nootropics drinks felt like an intentional ritual, an uplift in mindful hydration: relaxed, yet alert.

London Nootropics brings a thoughtful fusion of adaptogenic science and elegant ethos, delivering more than a coffee: a wellness moment. At Monte Faete, these blends became essential: guests felt sharper, calmer, and more in tune with each day’s programme.

Whether you’re savouring morning mindfulness in Tuscany or seeking structured wellbeing on the move, these adaptogenic coffee blends offer both ritual and restoration – aligned with What A Wonderful World’s vision of refined sensory wellness.
