A thrilling new way to experience London is coming to the capital. Summit, the UK’s highest roof walk and London’s newest rooftop adventure, officially opens at the iconic Alexandra Palace on Saturday, 14 February 2026.
Rising 130 metres above sea level, Summit offers visitors the rare opportunity to step onto the roof of one of London’s most beloved landmarks and take in uninterrupted panoramic views stretching up to 25 miles across the city.
A New Perspective on an Iconic Landmark
For more than 150 years, Alexandra Palace—affectionately known as Ally Pally—has stood as a cultural and historical beacon in North London. With Summit, guests can now explore this historic building from an entirely new vantage point, combining heritage, architecture and breathtaking skyline views in a truly unforgettable experience.
From the summit of Ally Pally, London unfolds in every direction—and you really can see it all.
Designed by the Experts Behind London’s Most Famous Skywalks

Summit has been created by Wire & Sky, the team behind some of the UK’s most iconic aerial experiences, including:
The Dare Skywalk at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
The Cutty Sark rig climb
Liverpool’s Anfield Abseil
The original Up at The O2 experience
This fully guided, hour-long journey takes climbers along a purpose-built rooftop route, leading to the famous Angel of Plenty statue, before opening out into a spectacular 360-degree view of London.
Landmarks, Views and Unforgettable Moments

Led by specialist guides, guests step safely onto the roof and follow a carefully designed path offering views of world-famous landmarks, including:
St Paul’s Cathedral
The Shard
Canary Wharf
Multiple major London stadiums
There is ample time to pause, take in the scenery and capture memorable photos before returning safely to ground level.
